Excellent budget photo editor. ACDSee Photo Editor is a wonderful package to use for editing and converting digital images of any type. It's very flexible, and packs a lot of the punch that more expensive programs have, while not chewing up tons of memory or hard drive space. Ultimately it's a very flexible, and incredibly easy to use piece of software, requiring almost no time to learn the use of, and very little extra effort to implement as your main photo editing application.

When I converted from Windows 98 to XP I lost an invaluable photo editing program that allowed me to adjust the brightness, contrast, and gamma levels of my photos. ACDSee is a far better replacement for my old program. It not only enables me to easily adjust the afore-mentioned levels (great for when pictures are snapped with a low battery on the camera!), but it also has tools for cropping, eliminating red-eye, resizing, and using special effects. I can even create a slideshow presentation with it. ACDSee has everything a professional photoshop program has, and it costs less. I'm completely sold!

Why splash out on expensive software? I love ACDSee. After using other higher priced options I have returned to ACDSee. It's fast, easy to use and produces brilliant results. ACDSee gives you the tools you really need for just touching up, or making major changes to your pictures. I use it everyday and am always delighted with the results.

ACDSee Photo Editor is easy to install, and helped me to get my videos loaded and edited in a manner that I understood and felt in control of. This is photo editing on a budget, ACDSee Photo Editor has the same features as the more expensive software without the sticker shock. I couldn't believe the picture enhancement tools that are part of this program. Everything is right there on the the screen in front of me, I didn't to keep switching to different pages for each operation. I love this program! I give it 5 out of 5 stars
