Great Program
I am a web designer by trade, and I believe that Adobe has come to dominate that field of web design. This program is overloaded with capabilities and power, and it works great! From the beginning stages of laying out the page to the final publishing, Adobe works wonders. My only caveat would be that all Adobe programs are gigantic, and this one is no exception. If your computer is not strong enough, it might be too much. I would recommend at least a gig of ram, but probably more like 2, and a powerful processor to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

I'm very happy with the new Flash CS3 and Fireworks CS3 (haven't used Dreamweaver CS3 yet). The products are solid and I haven't had any of them crash yet. Everything autopatches so your always running the latest and greatest version. Be aware though that it looks like Adobe removed the web service (SOAP) support from Flash CS3 for any ActionScript 3 type applications. If you target ActionScript 2 and Flash 8 or prior then the legacy web service support is still there. The new URLoader is really nice.

Adobe Creative Suite 3

Adobe Creative Suite 3 is exceptional. Adobe CS3 is certainly my choice for all of my photo and graphics designing needs. Sure it may be a bit costly compared to some of the other alternatives, but the quality and usefulness of this product goes far beyond any other. I am a student in the graphics design field and have constantly used Creative Suite 3 for my personal projects as well as my designs and projects for school.

I honestly must say, there is no other program out there that I favor above Adobe CS3. From the amateur photo editor to the professional graphics or web designer, this program is by far the most useful for all of your digital needs. Some of the new features of Creative Suite 3 include: the quick selection tool,(which is one that I use the most and am still amazed at the improvement) the smart filter,auto-align and auto-blend tools. Adobe also added many improvements to already existing tools in CS3 such as modifications to the print dialog, making printing your documents much quicker and easier than before.

They changed the user interface slightly and though that may scare some users of the previous version: CS2, the changes are easily customizable. The improvements to Adobe Bridge are significant as well, allowing you to move your work in Photoshop over to Dreamweaver to prepare it for the web easily. All in all, Adobe has done a very nice job of making this product, I'm anxious to see the next version. Honestly can Adobe programs get any better than this? If you're ready to go all out with your designing, photo editing or artwork, like me, Adobe Creative Suite 3 is a must have. I could not live without it. I give it 5/5 stars gladly.

Adobe Creative Suite 3
In two words: More Productivity. In a few more: CS3 has a plethora of new useful tools, working methods and positive changes to the user interface. I was smitten by 'Live Trace' (a way to pen round an imported scan in seconds). 'Live Color' seduced me too; you can grab a whole swathe of design elements and harmoniously recolor them in one hit. Throughout the package small bells and whistles have been neatly appended to the pre-existing features. So no steep learning curve when you chance across them - CS1 and 2 users will feel like they're evolving with the software and very able to drive it from the very beginning. New users will hit the jackpot with this solid product having not endured the pains of its birth in the form if its previous incarnations. Oh, you get real estate too with this.. screen real estate, no more shuffling palettes around to find your artwork below - they just intelligently get out of your way. Caveats; well it's a thoroughbred so its costly and its optimized to run on an intel mac and therefore runs pretty slowly (especially booting) on the 'long in the tooth' powermacs.

Adobe Creative Suite 3
Adobe Gives me Total Control Over my Designs I have been using Adobe Photoshop for many years and I have always been impressed when a new version was released. Adobe Creative Suite is no exception, with everything that you get in this package. The nice thing is that they have six different levels of the software. This gives me the opportunity to only pay for the package with the features that I need. I really love Photoshop CS3, but I get much more than that. I get Adobe Illustrator, InDesign CS3, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Adobe's complete PDF creation and editing tool Acrobat 8. With all of this software I have a complete studio to create awesome, websites and designs. Adobe always rates high with me, and Creative Suite 3 is no exception. This software package receives 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Adobe Creative Suite 3 is easy to install, and helped me to get my ideas created using simple tools yet also giving my work a professional finish.

Using Adobe Create Suite 3 is easy, and after the initial set-up, helped me get started on creating my pictures and managing my work. With so many difficult to use digital art creation products on the market today, it is nice to know I found an easy-to set-up software package that allowed me to create my work the way I wanted.

From my Mind to the Final Product. 5/5. If you want the most bang for your buck, this is the best deal around! So, imagine you're a kid and you're coloring with a set of crummy pasty crayons; you keep on trying your best to match the colors in your head to those on the paper, but every time you try, the result is less than satisfying. So, you cry and whine till your parents buy you a bag full of real art supplies. You go nuts, and paint yourself up a Van Gogh. The result: one real happy kid.

Well, lets say that box of crummy crayons was your current design platform. And say you saved up until you had enough money to buy a shiny new Adobe Creative Suite 3 disc. What happens? You have the tools you need to max out your creative talent. The result: one real happy designer. This is one kick-ass application suite, which leaves you armed with a full arsenal of creative design solutions. Now I can deploy my imagination on all parts of the design process. Not only does this suite allow you to crate and produce television-quality footage, you can then deploy your videos to the web and mobile platforms.

Did I mention that that Creative Suite 3 also allows you to compile professional DVD projects, newsletter, websites, and magazines? Need I mention the notoriously realistic (or surreal if you prefer) graphic tweaking and enhancement capabilities of Photoshop CS3? It's wicked cool. Not only is it the most versatile graphics editing application on the market, it is also endlessly configurable via the use of scripts and actions which SAVE YOU TONS OF TIME! The filter library and graphical user interface of Photoshop CS3 do not disappoint and definitely surpass its predecessors (and you thought they were nice). For those who muddle with print and web design, these tools are absolutely fantastic. Due the masterful integration of all the programs in CS3, it's child's play transferring print designs I make in InDesign to Dreamweaver to give my websites the stunning visuals of magazines designs and the functional capabilities of a Web 2.0 program. Prefer sticking with Photoshop? No problem, the suite allows you to import PSD files into most of its peripheral applications. Want your site to have stellar interactivity? Supe it up with flash media applications and animations.

The reason most people complain when buying an Adobe product is the exorbitant price tag. But really, think about the great value you are getting for you money. This is no ordinary software suite, but rather an entire design studio in a disc. It has everything you could possibly need to unleash your creative potential! If you could find anything comparable to its feature set and capabilities: (a) it wouldn't be bundled together conveniently in an integrated design platform (b) it would cost 3 to 4 times more money.

Adobe Creative Suite 3

You get what you pay for! (Rating: 5/5 stars) Adobe is known to be a bit pricier than some, but they consistently turn out great products. Adobe CS3 is no exception. You could shoot, edit and produce TV quality ads, etc. then use the same clips on the web, cell phone browser, etc. The biggest selling point for me is: integration, integration, integration. As with their other programs, CS3 is easy to use; even less-experienced graphics folks will be able to work with this suite. If you bought all of the applications separately (that are contained in CS3), you'd spend 40-50% more, so it's really a great deal.

Bravo, once again, Adobe!

Adobe Creative Suite 3

Adobe Creative Suite 3 is the best photo and image editing and enhancement product on the market today! I have been using Adobe Creative Suite 3 for a while now and I have to say it is the most amazing photo editing suite I have ever used before. Not only can you create your images in Creative Suite 3, but you can take existing photos that you have and transform them into a brilliant work of art in just a few minutes.

With the powerful tools that Creative Suite 3 provides anyone from the novice to the most advanced editor will find this product very use to use and not too overwhelming to handle with all the new and revised features that are provided in Creative Suite 3. I have had such a great time using this product and I recommend that everyone give it a try. It may be a little pricy, but in the end can you put a cost on perfection? I would give Creative Suite 3 5/5 stars!
