AnyTime Organizer Deluxe 12 is a versatile and intuitive professional office application. An all purpose scheduling, organization, and productivity suite, AnyTime Organizer Deluxe gives professionals, self-employed businesspeople, and employees the organizational power that they need to move through the busy workday.

Designed to streamline productivity and organization, AnyTime Organizer includes a wide range of different applications for sorting through the day. For short-term productivity and organization, a to-do list is included. Long-term scheduling can be organized and recorded through the built-in calendar system, while self-programmed alarms allow quick work alerts for scheduled events, deadlines, and client meetings.

With most professional users requiring connectivity while outside the office, AnyTime Organizer includes several options for carrying scheduling data while on the go. Schedules can easily be printed to fit in a paper-based organizer. Mobile users, particularly those with Windows Mobile smartphones, can export scheduling data to their phone's calendar, synchronize their contact lists, and even export to-do information to their daily phone planner.

The latest edition of AnyTime organizer includes Sticky Notes, a feature similar to the popular 'Stickies' application for Mac OS X. These simple reminder notes can be attached to the desktop, providing an ever-present to-do list, contact information, or scheduling reminder. The digital equivalent of Post-Its, Sticky Notes are ideal for keeping information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or appointment information easily accessible.

AnyTime Organizer Deluxe 12 is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7. Despite some early stability and compatibility issues on 64-bit installations of Windows Vista, the most recent releases of AnyTime Organizer Deluxe 12 run smoothly across almost any Windows installation.
