Other anti-virus software just doesn't stack up. Very user friendly; scans existing files, emails (incoming and outgoing) and all other network traffic. A Big Plus for my family: Gamer Mode minimizes impact on gaming, so you can play without worrying. Download from their website and it updates itself automatically. Set it and forget it. Very reasonably priced. With purchase, you receive one year of virus signature and scan engine updates. I've only called once, but their tech support was great. You can call or ask for help (live) via the web. They also have an online database with answers to FAQ's or you can email your questions.
