CyberLink PowerDirector 8 Deluxe is a powerful video enhancement software designed to produce high definition from standard quality media. This diverse software suite can be used to create original videos, as well as edit and enhance existing medial. Cyberlink has successfully created a software that turns ordinary full length videos and clips into high definition masterpieces and stunning compilations.

Every project in CyberLink PowerDirector 8 Deluxe is enhanced with TrueTheater technology, which drastically improves video resolution, enhances playback by fixing even the most minuscule errors in slow motion, and even adding surround sound to each video within the software. The TrueTheater technology also corrects common production errors, such as poor lighting, strong backlighting, and bad white balance.

The new Particle Effects Designer lets users create Hollywood-like special effects within their home video projects. A host of new tools let users add innovative titles, brilliant animations, and in-depth menus. Enhancing the quality of videos was easy and can be done with a few clicks of the mouse. The process can be run in the background while you execute other tasks on the computer.

Creating floating captions was a very liberated process that offered the highest form of creativity.

Correcting video flaws was easier than expected, as the software seems to find these flaws automatically and correct them without instruction.
