DEVONthink Professional Office is like a massive digital filing cabinet, capable of storing, organizing, retrieving, sending, printing, converting and utilizing any form of data within a single user-friendly interface.
With DEVONthink Professional Office, users can store emails, PDF's media files, documents, and virtually any other file type in an easy to use database. Using DEVONthink's patented state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, users can digitized their files and enhance the quality of virtually any piece of data. This increases the overall output of any project, whether it be a multimedia compilation or a comprehensive business presentation.
Users can also gather information from the web and use it to make a compilation equipped with music and/or video. This compilation can then be exported as a website or converted to an Apple Pages document for quick printing.
