Nod32 has come to endeared itself into my heart. I've tried Norton and MacAffe, but finally ended up with Nod32. Why? Because it works better. Much better. 'nuff said.

Superb Software!
After replacing Norton AV with NOD32 my bootup seems to require half the time. Interface is easier to navigate and more intuitive. Much better to setup. Best of all, this program is VERY light on system resources. I can do a system scan with almost little slowdown while surfing the web. Nod32 quickly updates a few times per day without apparent drag. One of the best pieces of software I've ever used.

NOD 32 Antivirus is one of the antivirus who became famous in a short time,because this software got the attention of a lot of people and was a problem for a lot of hackers.The software is used to kill all the kinds of undesired files beginning with virus ,torjans,worms,spywares,phising and active rootkits.The software is easy and simple and have a lot of features. Nod 32 antivirus work with all microsoft operating systems such like win 98,2000,XP and Vista and also you can use the DOS version.The antivirus is easy ,simple and light so don't be afraid that it will annoy you like other antivirus which need a big memory.

The software got a lot of awards from trusted testers and a lot of PC magazines. Try the trial version for 30 days and decide then if it's suitable to your computer or not and also make a self comparison with other Antivirus that you have used before. I tried the software and I'm using it now and i trust it a lot and i give it 5/5.

There are so many anti virus software out there that some people might even confused as to which one to use. I have tried Norton Anti Virus, McAfee and Kaspersky but now I'm just using NOD32. I dropped Norton for the most obvious reason. It is too bloated. Now, I'm very content with NOD32. Its Live Update haven't fail me yet. Not even once. Besides that, it scans the website that I visit in the background without inteffering with my surfing. Even my downloads are scanned throughly. Its Internet Monitor and File System Monitor is the best that I have seen. I have set it to do a daily full scan of my hard disk everyday at 5am. It only takes about an hour more to complete the full scan with my full hard disk. ESET really did a good job when they came out with NOD32. I won't be changing to another anti virus software anytime soon.

This is the best I have ever used so far. NOD32 Antivirus System, has provided me a well balanced, state-of-the-art protection against threats to my PC. I'm so pleased with it that now I don't have to worry too much about Viruses, Spywares and Trojans. Try it out yourself and you will understand what I'm talking about and get rid of the CPU resources hungry, bloated Norton Anti Virus.

NOD 32 Anti virus is possibly the best anti virus I have used. I have different programs, and everyone slowed down my computer too much. As a gamer, this simply isn't acceptable, as I need a good, fast PC. NOD 32 however is barely noticeable, and I don't even notice that it is running! It has a heuristics engine that is capable of fining viruses that are unknown. When I first got it and scanned my hard drives, it found 4 viruses that my previous Anti virus had not found.

Unfortunately, NOD 32 has no eye candy, and the navigation seems archaic. For a new User, it may seem a bit hard to navigate around, but it is still manageable. Here are the ratings for NOD32 Efficiency: 10 The only time I notice slowdown is when it's doing a full system scan, and even then my computer is still fast. Design: 7 Could have been better, and has an old feeling to it. Scanning speed: 9 Quite fast, better than most out there. Detecting Viruses: 9 With updates coming in 2 to 3 times per day, and an advanced heuristics engine that can capture viruses that are unknown, it can detect viruses quite easily, even those that are unknown. It found a couple Norton couldn't find Cost: 8 Quite cheap, but it depends on what you want. They have different distributors throughout the world that sell it for them. Mine works for 39 dollars per year.

Overall score: 9 Overall, I think this is the best anti virus I had had so far. It fast, efficient, and catches unknown viruses. It is worth every cent I paid for and I recommend it to all of my friends when they ask what anti virus is the best.

NOD32. Often considered an underdog in the ever-expanding world of anti-virus software keeps improving. While most users are content with the pay offerings (that often come with their Internet or computer packages) such as Norton or McAfee, or the equally-competent although much cheaper free offerings such as Avast, I've been content with NOD32, it stands out from the crowd.

Along with regular virus-scanning abilities, NOD32 includes heuristics which allows it to 'sense' virus-like behaviour even when the other antiviruses wouldn't detect it (a wonderful feature I just love). Other items on NOD32's vast feature list include scanning files in memory (especially useful if you've accidentally unleashed malware on your computer without realizing it like I have), scanning of network drives (useful for those at work), and email protection. All in all, a wonderful product. I give it a 10/10.
