If you ever need a document, you can find its image in the FormCliQ archive in seconds. FormCliQ speeds more accurate data entry into QuickBooks, improves staff efficiency, and gives you access to documents instantly and from any Windows software!
FormCliQ utilizes advanced optical character recognition (OCR) technologies and reading algorithms to automate and greatly simplify data entry for small businesses, SOHO, and users of all accounting software. You only click on the data you wish to capture, do it once for each document type. When such a document is scanned again, it is processed nearly automatically.
By replacing tedious data keying FormCliQ saves time. The validations FormCliQ performs automatically, reduce the chances of data entry errors and so improve accuracy. Working inside QuickBooks - or any application - is also easier. You can look up and retrieve any document previously processed, from anywhere on your desktop, display, print, fax, or email it. Just click on the data element you wish to search, and FormCliQ lists all documents that contain it.
