Genie Archive for Outlook is a personal e-mail archiving soution for home and business users. This is Genie-soft's first product addressing archiving and compliance. It features an MS Outlook plug-in that works in the background to capture, secure and index e-mail messages; as well as an optimized e-mail search interface with timeline and filtering functionality. The new version offers a new web-based interface for search and timeline views of email messages and a new architecture under the hood.
Genie Archive turns Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007 into a more powerful e-mail solution. It works in the background by capturing e-mail messages as they arrive in the mail box according to rules defined by the user. They are then stored and indexed into a standard database, which can be easily searched using an easy to use search feature with timeline and filtering functionality. 256-bit encryption can be used to secure and limit access to the e-mail database.
Genie Archive for Outlook will provide a solution for all business needs with a simple yet speedy and secure way for archiving, searching, and extracting e-mails. Genie Archive for Outlook is an MS Outlook Add-in that can easily be configured to archive your entire mailbox, a defined mail folder or specified emails using a given time interval. You don't have to worry of unauthorized access to these mails as Genie Archive for Outlook maintains a higher level of security by allowing two methods of the U.S. government-certified Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Spam Handling feature synchronizes archived e-mails with your PST and delete spam from it when it is deleted or moved to Junk Folder. You can also decide whether or not to include encrypted and/or decrypted PGP e-mail.
