QuickBooks Pro 2008
An application that fits your requirement QuickBook Pro is the quick and easy accounting system for small businesses. Over the years, the application has matured into a very useful product. The 2008 version comes with enhanced features like sending emails from the software, accountant access for review, import customer, vendor or item data from excel etc. The user interface is very easy and simple to understand. I think it has one of the best user friendly screens in any application that I have seen. As this is a no-frill application therefore most of the stuff is pretty intuitive. If you need help then you have lot of resources available like application help, online website support, training videos etc. The application help has been enhanced in this version to provide easy access to information. When compared to the Premier version there are a couple of features which are absent but the loss is not significant. It is priced around $160 upwards for a single user and $440 for 3 users. So for a small business with 2-3 users this gives the best value for money. It provides most of the functions required for your accounting without costing too much. Besides you have the option of upgrading as your business grows. I would rate it 5 out of 5.
