Target both WPF and Silverlight projects in Expression Blend, export individual or multiple graphics as well as complete layouts as XAML (Extensible Application Markup Language). Expression Web can utilize JPEG, GIF, PNG and Silverlight assets as well as full HTML compositions you exported from Expression Design.
