Regular Filing Service: Each state has its own regulations about the time it takes to process documents with the Secretary of State. This time frame could be from 2-7 weeks. You can find this out on the order form when you fill out our application.

Rush Filing Service: This is the quickest way to get your documents filed. Your documents will be hand delivered or couriered to the Secretary of State's Office for immediate filing and your final package will be shipped to you via Next Day UPS. Turn-around time in most states is 5-10 business days.
