Great service, and great price
MyCorporation is an excellent service. They're not attorneys, but they help you through the corporation filing process, which does not really require an attorney anyway. My CPA was helpful, and with MyCorp explaining how to get the documents filed, it was easy. Their customer service people are extremely friendly and on top of it. They know their stuff, and you can tell they've been in business for a long time. T
