You can't stop the internet. People troll.

Advantages

I felt that they used a personal touch when taking my money for internet trolling.

Disavantages

I feel like they took my money to troll the internet. People are going to write negative reviews. They troll. Its nature. Most people recognize it for what it is. If you take it personally you will end up giving money to a bunch of guys who sill claim to fix it for you but can't. It's the freaking internet. You would have just as easy a time holding back the tides. They just feed on your own insecurities and ignorance.

Manage your rep online with MyReputation.

Advantages

A monthly reputation report, as well as a personal agent who is available to answer questions and offer guidance.

Disavantages

Small target audience as most people don't worry about this.
