The 2008 version fixes some of the problems in earlier versions, but still has its problems. I tried printing off some files and it kept turning up with an error, or printing off gibberish. I thought it was just my computer, but discovered that the same problems keep turning up with other users.

I did like the "My Savings Plan" feature, but I found that most of the programs didn't apply to my situation. I could have saved a lot of money by working on my own with a pen and piece of paper. 2 stars out of 5.

Getting better every year!

How do they keep making there software better each year? I don't know , but I am sure glad they do. I couldn't wait to install Quicken Deluxe 2008 when my upgrade CD arrived. The new Savings Plan feature is the bomb! It let's you set savings goals and helps you track your progress. I love being about to access my accounts and pay my bills all in one place.

This program will help you budget your money by showing you actually where you are spending too. The only way it could be better is if it was free! I give it 5 out of 5 stars

Better than Microsoft Money
Just a Little Better than Microsoft Money I have used Microsoft Money for many years and I have grown quite comfortable with it. However Quicken is the foremost developer for financial management software. I find the interface to be intuitive and user friendly. The one feature that I like the most is that it works perfectly with TurboTax. Not too amazing since they are made by the same company, but I do love being able to do my taxes online and have that information saved in my financial software. I really like the savings management feature which makes saving money a breeze. As far as personal finance management software goes, I have to give Quicken Deluxe 2008 4.5 out of 5 stars.
