OmniPage Standard 18 is a clutter-minimizer; an application that makes it simple to minimize your paperwork, digitize your physical document collection, and easily organize the documents that make an office difficult to organize. Allowing users to convert paper documents to PDF, TXT, and other editable file formats, OmniPage Standard 18 OCR deserves a spot on every office PC.

Capturing text data is relatively simple with OmniPage Standard 18. All that's required for data capture is a way to capture and digitize information. While the standard option is a scanner, the application allows capture through a standard point-and-shoot digital camera, or even your iPhone camera.

Users will be relieved to hear that OmniPage Standard 18 doesn't limit support to the most basic file formats. A large array of formats are supported, ranging from Word documents all the way to complex Corel vector design graphics. Scan data using whatever capture device is available, then easily edit it in your favorite applications.

Creating business documents is relatively simple too. For offices that are dominated by offline documents, scanning and importing to PDF is simple, and requires minimal technical expertise. With 99% accuracy for data conversion, only a quick proof-read is required for most business documents and letters.
