PC Backup Pro 10.0 is a comprehensive backup utility for Windows that gives the user complete control over the data backup process. Users can backup any file type onto a variety of storage devices including external hard drives, USB flash drives, Blu-Ray discs, CDs and DVDs, local and network drives and other data storage devices. With PC Backup Pro 10.0, the entire backup process can be automated for maximum convenience and security.

The software lets users create an Image Backup of the entire PC, for complete recovery of the operating system after a system crash or hardware problem. Alternatively, users can also backup specific files or folders that are of the most importance to them. Using the Smart Select technology, users can easily backup a specific file type based on a few program preferences. For example, all video and picture files can be saved to disc with a few clicks of the mouse.

Users can also set automated backup events using the Scheduler feature, which eliminates the hassle of having to remember when to execute backups. Users can also conserve system resources and minimize the overall backup time by using the Custom Backup and Restore Filters. These filters let users include or exclude certain files or file types, thereby customizing the content of each backup individually. Users can also choose toggle between basic and advanced modes, which can expedite the backup process further by excluding unnecessary features in certain instances.
