Users can even convert static PDF files into fully functional fillable forms using the revolutionary new FormTyper feature.Users can also edit and create PDFs quickly and easily without the need for expensive standalone PDF authoring software. Now PDF files can be created in the highest quality using virtually any PC document creating application. For example, users can create a document with Microsoft Word, and save/convert the file directly into PDF format.
All documents that are created and edited by the software can then be instantly shared using the integrated sharing features. Any information shared within the software is also protected from unwanted usage via super secure 256-bit file encryption. Users can also scan documents directly to PDF, removing the need for intermediate document creation and conversion.
Perhaps one of the most interesting new features, which business users will find especially useful is the aforementioned FormTyper feature, which even turns scanned documents into interactive fully functional forms that can be filled with very little effort on behalf of the user. This feature works by digitally profiling the document based on certain characteristics and then using this profile to create a completely formatted, fully usable PDF with absolutely no loss in quality.

The new document assembly features let users create diverse PDF documents using a drag and drop interface.
Repetitive editing tasks can easily be automated using the new PDF Auto-pilot feature, which lets users compile several tasks into a single click of the mouse based on their preferences.
Even scanned documents can become searchable with the click of the mouse, utilizing the world's most advanced optical character recognition technology.
The software is the only of it;s kind to offer full support for XFA forms, which are actually a complex type of web form.
All files converted within the software remain exactly the same as the original version, regardless of the orignal document format.
PDF Converter Professional 7: What We Didn't Like
Due to the extensive feature list, the software is only recommended for serious business users. Therefore, learning to use every function within the software presents a bit of a learning curve.
