Presto! PageManager 8 Professional allows you to create, write, and open PDF files without any file conversion or 3rd party applications. You can split multiple page PDF files into separate files or merge several PDF files into one.
Presto! PageManager 8 Professional supports up to 58 languages, with both horizontal and vertical style text (Windows version). It has an improved OCR view with a candidate character selection window, and automatic correction to save time on editing. A window for comparing text is floating so you can choose where to locate it. It won't block your view.
Presto! PageManager 8 Professional comes with more convenient network features. You can add Network Folders or Network Groups to Presto! Scan Buttons and send scanned documents or image files to these folders (Windows version).
You can define a folder as a document inbox, or as a place for e-mail attachments so you can easily monitor all incoming documents as they automatically move to pre-defined inboxes.
The Document Pallet provides a workspace for documents across folders. You can drag files to a special folder, send them by e-mail, and print. It is a great way to view and deal with documents even though they may be in various folders.
The SDK allows Presto! PageManager 8 Professional to be better integrated with an organization's back-end systems or applications. It comes with more file format support, built in scanning and OCR functions, and lets you customize links on the Application Bar or Toolbar (Windows version).
Each new feature adds productivity and flexibility for yourself and your organization.
There are many other useful features on Presto! PageManager 8 Professional to help you save time. They include scanning features like Scan Profile, Scan to Application, and Auto-Cropping.

Presto! PageManager 8 Professional is an office application for Mac users, designed to improve productivity, boost digital records collections, and streamline office operation. While Mac OS X comes as standard with a range of office applications and productivity tools, few allow users the capabilities and productive depth that PageManager 8 provides. Designed to boost digital productivity, Presto! PageManager 8 includes a range of scanning and document digitizing options that are perfect for employees, entrepreneurs, and digital-based workers.
At the forefront of PageManager's work suite is the ability to convert non-digital documents into editable, searchable PDF files. PageManager 8 works independently, without the need for extra software, and allows users to scan, edit, and export their offline document archives to PDF files or editable digital documents.
This function certainly makes PageManager a worthwhile investment for busy digital offices. In addition, a range of sharing options allow office users to quickly and easily transfer documents across an office network, or even email them to remote users. With support for a range of file formats - including TXT, JPEG, PNG, and several audio and video formats - PageManager 8 is a great option for streamlining and optimizing networking and file transfers.
A number of users have reported compatibility and support issues with PageManager 8.
