Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise – Things We Like
This product is massively cheaper and easier to use than the complex rival accounting software systems.
QuickBooks Enterprise will grow smoothly alongside the expanding business, with the new version 11 allowing up to 30 users in remote locations to access the system simultaneously. It also has the means to support virtually limitless inventory items, vendors and customers so there is no ceiling on how much a business can grow.
The software is specially designed to work to each business's preferences and will adapt to the user, rather than the user having to adapt to use the program. The system is very customizable and contains more than 120 template reports and forms, all configurable to personal choice. Custom reports can also be created with ODBC-compliant applications.
Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise download of version 11 is available now and runs with more efficiency and speed than ever before. The software is compatible with over 400 QuickBooks applications including e-commerce and customer management systems. Plus software professionals are on hand to provide help and support in the Developer Network, so solutions can be found to match exact specifications, every hour of every day.
Further advantages of QuickBooks Enterprise include automatic upgrades, reporting services and the ability to apply user restrictions in order to protect sensitive data. When looking at Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise review feedback, there is very little in the way of negative comments. However, there have been reports from previous software versions that the inventory tracking in the main program is a little weak and that the system performance is a bit sluggish when dealing with large databases. These problems should disappear with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 11.0 which has a focus on alleviating downtime and also has an Advanced Inventory Tracking facility.
