Despite the significant improvements in performance, some users still report issues with partial page loading, sluggish processing, and all-round poor performance.

As a valuable expense tracking program, Medical Expense Manager stacks up. However, with performance issues affecting a large range of PC users, and some major compatibility issues under Windows Vista, users without high-end PCs might be best off looking for alternative options to Quicken Medical Expense Manager.
