With WillMaker Plus 2011, we found that as far as personal attention goes, this software covers almost every base. From the long-term documents such as your will to the everyday form, such as promissory notes, the provision of over 40,000 professional templates meant that we never found ourselves worrying that the format or the content was correct. We simply took note of the step-by-step process information, completed the necessary fields, and printed out a professional document. Creating a complete will took all of 15-20 minutes.

As life becomes increasingly bound up in legality, the personalized way in which the Quciken WillMaker Plus 2011 software provided us with templates for property, health care, and family concerns such as financial powers of attorney was a comforting discovery. Legal consultation to take care of these numerous necessary facets of personal security is a complicated process, and, it goes without saying, an expensive one also. It is probably the diversity and professionalism of the 2011 Quicken WillMaker Plus that sets it apart - and the initial financial layout is reasonable.

Of course, you may not use all of the options Quicken WillMaker Plus gives you. You certainly will not be using the Living Trust creator tool, as Nolo have taken it out of the 2011 software to focus on the will-making side of things. Disappointing, perhaps, but not everyone requires the tool in any case. By and large, QuickMaker Plus 2011 has covered the documents you need.

Thankfully Quicken have listened to their users and have re-included the Living Trust utility in this edition.
