RealPlayer Plus - Things We Like
A quick RealPlayer Plus review suggests that that many users like the turbo function in RealPlayer Plus download to get a super-fast buffered HD quality video downloaded. The ability to convert old vinyl records to a digital format is great. The transfer of web video to the iPod was a good function and in conjunction with the turbo download, enables you to watch news pod casts quickly and without fuss. The package also acts as a live view panel with pausing live streaming and replay or fast forward streaming video. Unlike many free download sites, the instant click and play feature is attractive; so no more waiting for an audio or video file to buffer and initialise. This relatively new package has good features and will score highly.
RealPlayer Plus – Things We Didn't Like
The ability of the radio to tune into over 3000 radio stations is good, but this required some buffering of more distant radio stations and the quality wasn't always the best, this may be due to the source of the broadcast rather than the packages' ability. If the broadcast is still using an analogue transmission, interference will occur and the quality will not always be the best. However, as an alternative to clicking onto a local radio station site, it is very easy to use. Burning CD's and DVD's is an added bonus with this package and although there are better packages designed specifically for these tasks, the availability of burning data to media was quick and hassle free. Apart from these minor issues which are more to do with the end users rather than the package itself, the product is, overall, a very good multi-media fully functional package that will suit home computer users and professionals alike.
