This product does it all. I was looking for something to burn CD's and this product has come a long way since the early version I bought years ago. It hasevolved into do-it-all suites. It is pretty flawless, although it is a bit pricey. Well worth it when you consider it takes the place of video editing, photo editing, dvd burning, etc. etc. It is a powerhouse solution for everything digital media. I totally recommend it.

EMC does it ALL!
I can't imagine a better product! I was looking for a product that would help me through the video editing process, but that also contained other features. EMC is just that. The video editing program is a strong entry level video editing program, with up to 32 tracks at one time. EMC also lets your burn gigantic mix CDs and helps you back up your files! What a cool program! Sometimes, the program would freeze a little, and I don't feel like the photo software included is as good as the rest of the software, not to say that it doesn't work, because it does. All in all, and good, solid suite for a great price.

Roxio Creator 2009 - (Highly Recommended)...
Roxio Creator 2009 is an outstanding software product and lives up to the hype, it even out performs nero with its functionality and features. I've upgraded from the previous version and it is a definite improvement. I would highly recommend an upgrade to roxio 2009 for previous users, or a must buy for first timers.

Lots of Functionality in one place
I was nervous about trying to convert tapes to digital and thought the process would be complex. I'm only so so at tech stuff. The roxio solution eased my mind. All I had to do was plug in the converter to my vhs player and the pc. I chose the media import section and the converter was an option. The program started to show the tape player's video in a small window and I just pushed start . It couldn't be easier. The video programs are more complicated but the tutorials helped me learn quickly.
