Tray Selector Printer Profile Utility

Tray Selector allows you to setup your commonly used Print options for your printer and place in your Microsoft Word for Windows as a new toolbar. Select a print option from you toolbar and the document is on its way to the printer of your choice with the print options and paper selection you need with a single click not ten or more.

In a couple of minutes you can create your own personalised Word printing toolbar giving you up to 6 one click printing buttons to your choice of printer and tray combinations.

Will Tray Selector work with any printer?
Yes tray selector will offer you the option of setting up printing to any printer that is available on your PC. For each printer you can specify which tray to print your documents first page and then subsequent pages.

Will Tray Selector work with duplex/two sided printers?
Yes just setup a profile in the normal way with one caveat. Change the options to print the first 2 pages to the first tray. This will ensure that your first duplex page is printed on both sides of the paper.

Can I have two profile buttons on Tray Selector one which prints single sided and the other that prints duplex/two sided?
Yes this is a very common request from people who have duplex printers. You need to carry out a few steps first. We have provided an online tutorial to explain what to do to add a double sided printer driver here.

How many printing profiles can I have?
You can have up to six different printing profiles. You give each profile a name when you set it up for example "letters", "plain", "color" etc. etc. Each profile can be seen as a new button in the Tray Selector button bar.
