Finally, a photo editing program for the masses. Not only is Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 an excellent tool for professional photographers, it provides a fast and easy photo editing experience for anyone with a digital camera. Its tabbed interface makes it easy to switch from photo to photo and its innumerable features put it ahead of any photo editing program available in today's market. What I found most impressive and useful about this program was the express labs feature which allowed me to make my photos look professional without even having to open them. The express labs feature EDITED 30 PHOTOS SIMULTANEOUSLY fixing common problems such as red eye and adjusting brightness and saturation WITHOUT ME EVEN HAVING TO OPEN THEM. How much better can life get :) ? To augment its already apparent awesomeness, lets look at its enhancement tools which deliver effects such a monochrome, auto fix, red eye fix, focus correction, and depth adjustment with ONE CLICK! Professional Photo Retouching Made Simple Corel has been a well known name in graphics software for a great many years. However, they have had quite a time trying to compete with the likes of Adobe, and Macromedia. Nevertheless, the company's new graphics software package may just be a hit with the average computer user. Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 picks up where Photoshop and Fireworks falls short, yet it still offers many of the features of those graphics packages. Corel has made it simpler for even non graphic artists to process, retouch, and manipulate their photos. The newest feature which is sure to please many users is the, "Express Lab." This is a simple interface for the user to process their pictures without having to worry about every aspect and setting involved in the process. There are many other graphics software packages which offer some similar features. Nevertheless, this is a nice graphics software package from a company you can trust. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 receives a 4.

Watch out, Macromedia! As much as I hate to admit it, Photoshop just might have some competition. The simplicity was one thing, but the results are absolutely phenomenal! I love this program because, simply speaking, while I had to teach myself how to use Photoshop via online tutorials and LOTS of practice, Corel Paint Shop Pro made me wish I had found it a LOT sooner! 5 big stars!

Perfect for the artist on the go Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 is the only photo editing program I use because of it's ease. This program is perfect for new computer users or advanced ones. Corel Paint Shop has built in tutorials to help with every aspect of the photo editing process, this makes it great if you don't want a learning curve. I think Corel Paint Shop Pro is perfect if you don't want to spend time trying to master photoshop, because this program is just as good.

I think Paint Shop Pro is aimed at photo editing as opposed to just designing images. I find that touching up my images out of a digital camera are a breeze, corel makes it easy to add text and apply different visual effects such a B/W and a blur effect. You can also resize images and make them print ready which helps if you are trying to pput images on a SD card and get them printed. This is a great way to enhance your photo editing experience without breaking the bank, overall I think that this is a great program.

Great Program / Great Price. This program is a great one to use for all your photo needs. I personally use it for photo editing before I do any kind of print outs, or as a web graphic design program.

You can't beat the cost of it if you are going to use it frequently, however minimal users can probably do better with a less expensive program. The extra features in the program are very useful, and it has some cool effects that you might not use everyday, but its great to have them on there.

Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 is one of the most efficient photo editing and creation software packages. This product is user friendly and has what it takes to accommodate any type of user from the novice to the most experienced.

When I first used this software I found it easier to use than some other applications since they seem to have streamlined the interface so that it is extremely easy to navigate without wondering if you are in the right place or not. With the improvements that Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 has made it's not surprise that Corel is one of the leading imaging software giants of our time. If you have a chance to pick up this product I would strongly recommend that you do so, you will not be disappointed! I would rate this product 5/5 stars!

For the beginner, or the rushed professional Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 is an excellent choice for any user, new to photo editing. It is very user friendly, with easy to use tools and usually self explanatory options, it never takes too long to figure out how to do a particular task. The help is also easy to read, and of course helpful. I myself started with Paint Shop Pro. The only things I can say against it is that at times it is actually too simple. If you have the time, patience and skill, you're better off learning Photoshop. Which allows you more freedom and options and is on the whole a more professional tool. The problem is, not many people do really have the time, patience, or skill required to master Adobe Photoshop, even less people also have the money with which to purchase it. This is where Paint Shop Pro really shines, It is cheaper and easier to use than it's Adobe rival. Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 is aimed at photographers, and as such, lets you, with ease touch up photos and apply various effects. I use myself when I don't want to have to muck around for half an hour with various layers and filters. A cheap and easy way to enhance photos 3/5

Carel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 is the most user friendly photo editing software I have ever tried. The tabs on the left side of the screen will literally take you through any editing process without having to refer to the user guide. It claims to be a Digital Darkroom and it is just that. The range of editing tool available in this program make it easy to enhance photos and create many different results from the same picture.

My favorite feature is the one you can use to make any subject in your pictures slimmer. Now I don't have to worry about that ten extra pounds a camera puts on.

A great photo editor for a neophyte, budgeter or anybody. Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 is nowhere near the intimidating giant that Adobe's Photoshop is, but it's still a very powerful and well designed piece of software. Whether I want to touch up some prints, or make an ex-girlfriend look like the devil, Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 does it easily, and without any mess, expense, or memory hogging that a lot of other programs can't seem to do without.

All around a great choice for anybody looked to make professional looking edits to photographs.

Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 is quite a powerful photo editor. It took me a while to get used to, as I am accustomed to working with Adobe Photoshop. I found most of the tools really simple to use and self-explanatory. I was able to touch-up a photo of myself using the blemish remover and toothbrush' tools without much trouble and with no previous experience of Paint Shop Pro. It really is quite impressive and easy to use. The Learning Center was also one of the best tutorials I have ever seen with any software. It's a great product, although I must say I still prefer Photoshop. 4 stars out of 5.

Corel Paint Shot Pro Photo x2 is a very good program to edit your photos or make your own. With easy to use functions and very detailed effects you can do pretty much anything to your creation making it your own work. The tutorial is also one of the most easiest and detailed tutorials I've ever been through. Adding effects to a photo in Pain Shop Pro Photo x2 is incredibly easy to use and anyone can do it. A definite 5 out of 5 program to have.

"This is an affordable and easy to use option for digital image editing." Four out of Five stars able to install and use on my computer within minutes! Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 is easy to install, and helped me to get my videos loaded and edited in a manner that I understood and felt in control of. Using Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 is easy, and after the initial set-up, helped me get started on cleaning up my pictures, adding cool effects, and making my work shine. With so many difficult-to-use digital imaging products on the market today, it is nice to know I found an easy to set-up software package that allows me to create and save my memories the way I want in my own way.

Paint shop Pro Photo x2 was as awkward to use as the name is to say! It took me an age to install it, in fact three attempts. Most annoying was that after finally installing it the program forces you to register on line. Once up an running it is a decent program. I found the built in learning center was excellent. It takes some sticking with to get to grips with how every thing works but once you do get used to it, the speed that it gets things done is very good. I could only give a two star rating mainly due to the install process, and the demand to register on line.

More Then Expected and 5 Stars Worth of Value

I've used PSP since version 7. The granite workspace alone is worth the price of admission with a big plus for it's HDR merge feature, quick editing in it's Express Lab and neat features in printing photos like they would look in old film. PSP also works with any plugin compatible with Adobe Photoshop.
