Cannot access monitoring data
Folks, As I sit here writing this, I am unable to access the monitoring data provided by WebWatcher. In fact, I get returned a SqlException and for those of you not familiar with this type of exception, it's a message the user community should not see. This is not the first time. Many times I attempt to access the data remotely and my computer freezes. Granted, the software works IF you can get to it.

Don't buy Web Watcher
BEWARE of good reviews. This product does not work for certain browsers (Safari) unless you purchase more and more add ons. I was not told of this and was assured that the upgrade would work. I purchased the upgrade, and it did not work. I was then told screenshots would work, but I would have to purchase them separately. I requested a refund and they refused.
