With MagicEffect Photo Editor, just by mouse clicking, you can add many wonderful effects: Preset filter, Light filter, Star filter, Amazing filter, Dream filter, Weather filter, Gradient filter, Color filter, Art filter, Texture filter, Edge filter,Frame filter all including multiple effects. There are totally 150 single special effects for you to choose. Besides using the single effect, you can also use multi effects onto one photo. For example, first use one of Light effects, second use one of Star effects, then use one of Edge effects. By this way, you will get thousands of different special effects onto your photo.

ZC MagicEffect Photo Editor – Things We Like
This software is offered by ZC Star on a shareware basis. It is a basic photo editing program aimed at amateur users to experiment with. Featured effects include Colour Filter, Art Filter, TextCure Filter, Edge Filter, Frame Filter, Preset Filter, Light Filter, Star Filter, Amazing Filter, Dream Filter and Weather Filter. All effects can be used singularly or in combination with each other.
For a lower budget program, this particular photo editor has a good number of effects to try out – 150 in total, divided into 10 separate categories. For those not ready to buy, ZC MagicEffect Photo Editor download offers a free version with less functionality. The software is incredibly easy to use and is therefore ideal for beginners and children to enjoy.
ZC MagicEffect Photo Editor – Things We Didn't Like
A ZC MagicEffect Photo Editor review suggests that the program is perhaps rather basic for any level of professional use and that there is little to distinguish between some of the effects.
For the less experienced who may need guidance, the 'Help' is a little lacking in information and could prove confusing to a beginner. Other small niggles are the lack of ability to save as high quality JPEG, incompatibility between different versions and the rather limited functionality of the trial version.
