Installation Guide for Visual Studio Code

First released in 2015 by Microsoft, Visual Studio Code now ranks as one of the best code editors for building modern web and cloud applications. Visual Studio Code offers powerful features out-of-the-box, including an integrated terminal, debugger, and source control, which supports Git by default. It is a highly extensible code editor, backed by a growing ecosystem of over 25k extensions. Here's how you can get started: 

  1. Visit the Visual Studio Code extension marketplace and search for Code Time. Click Install to download the Code Time extension.
  2. Open Code Time in the sidebar in Visual Studio Code and follow the Getting Started prompts to create a new account, or click Log in to sign into an existing account.
  3. Configure Flow Mode by clicking the gear icon in the sidebar. With Flow Mode, you can protect your time and improve your productivity right inside Visual Studio Code.
